IT & Maintenance Systems Administrator (SAP PM - CMMS, English, French, Onsite)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance system to ensure data quality, audit readiness, and effective support of maintenance operations.
• Serve as Local Key User and system owner for SAP PM, including system interfaces.
• Maintain equipment master data, technical hierarchies, and maintenance plans.
• Support and manages notifications, work orders, and reporting flows.
• Ensure reliable KPIs, criticality analyses, and decision‑making data.
• Configure the system, manage functional upgrades, and support maintenance users.
• Lead audits related to maintenance data, calibration, reporting, and technical records.
• Optimize spare parts data, stock accuracy, and equipment linkage.
• Support maintenance digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage site IT services and coordinate Global IT and external providers
• Own CMMS (SAP PM) in a GMP/CSV environment
• Ensure GMP compliance, CSV lifecycle, and data integrity for IT and CMMS systems
• Manage incidents, changes, audits, and system documentation
• Drive data quality, KPIs, and continuous improvement for maintenance processes
• Manage vendors, budget follow‑up, and IT/CMMS CAPEX planning

Requirements:
• Associate or Engineering degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar technical - engineering background with practical IT experience.

• GMP / CSV or IT service management training are a plus
• Computer skills: Windows & Microsoft 365 , Enterprise systems (ERP/CMMS, ideally SAP PM), IT fundamentals (hardware, servers, networks, access, backups, security), Data handling & reporting (Excel, PowerBI)
• GMP / CSV awareness a plus
• Experience in site IT operations and/or CMMS (SAP PM)
• Exposure to GMP, CSV, a regulated industrial environment
• Understanding of maintenance processes and data quality principles
• Ability to work with Global IT, QA, and local operations
• Very good French and English skills (spoken and written). German is a plus.
• A valid criminal record certificate (not older than 3 months) is required
