We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to support the operational backbone of our service delivery. This role ensures that equipment, inventory, and internal processes are organized, accurate, and moving efficiently so our technical teams can deliver a seamless client experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working behind the scenes to keep systems, inventory, and workflows running smoothly.

You are comfortable working across teams, handling a mix of administrative and light technical tasks, and adapting as processes evolve. You are not afraid to follow up, ask questions, and take ownership of your responsibilities.
Your Daily Impact
Manage hardware logistics including shipping, receiving, and tracking of equipment
Coordinate and process hardware warranties, repairs, and replacements
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper organization of equipment and supplies
Apply and manage asset tagging, including bullpen stickers and equipment labeling
Purchase break-fix parts and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery
Assist with managing internal systems
Support quoting processes by assisting with product sourcing, pricing, and order preparation
Ensure all equipment and materials are properly staged and ready for deployment or delivery
Collaborate with Service Desk, onboarding, and engineering teams to support operational needs
Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, organization, and efficiency
Prepare and configure basic PC setups for deployment
Measuring Your Success
Equipment and inventory are accurate, organized, and readily available when needed
Shipments and receiving are processed quickly and without errors
Warranty and repair processes are handled efficiently with minimal delays
Technical teams are equipped with what they need to support clients without disruption
Internal processes are followed consistently and improved over time

Requirements
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proactive mindset with strong follow-through and accountability
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working across teams and supporting multiple functions
Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn IT-related processes
Experience in logistics, inventory management, purchasing, or administrative support preferred
Technical Knowledge
Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripherals
Familiarity with inventory or asset management systems preferred
Exposure to procurement or purchasing processes is a plus
General comfort working with Microsoft Office or similar tools.

Additional Information
This position may require lifting equipment up to 50 pounds, prolonged periods of sitting or standing, and travel to and from client sites.
