IT/IS Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT / IS Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in managing corporate IT/IS infrastructure and supporting internal users. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of our IT environment, including systems, networks, and endpoints. Your main responsibilities will be: Administer and maintain the corporate Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows Servers and NAS systems Manage Cisco AnyConnect VPN connectivity and related security policies Ensure physical network integrity Set up and configure desktops/laptops/mobiles and user environments for new and existing staff Oversee network infrastructure and ensure system uptime for critical company services Document IT policiesand processes Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats Respond to and resolve IT and IS support tickets , escalating issues when necessary. Liaise with Vendors if necessary Advise on IT-related matters and provide IT support in the context of ongoing cross-functional projects

Requirements: 1–4 years of experience as an IT Administrator or similar role Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related educational background Experience with Relational Databases and working knowledge of SQL (for queries or diagnostics). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Willingness to learn new technologies and systems Solid knowledge of: Microsoft 365 Administration Windows Server installation, configuration, and maintenance NAS Systems VPN technologies (preferably Cisco AnyConnect) Network management Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills): Familiarity with Python scripting for automation or internal tools
