Job Title: Systems Administrator (IT Infrastructure Specialist)
Job Description: We are looking for a Systems Administrator specialized in IT infrastructure to join a dynamic team dedicated to advancing our clients' technology. We seek a passionate individual with initiative who anticipates technical challenges and has a strong customer service focus, committed to maintaining the continuity and security of critical environments.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 2/3 support and resolve infrastructure incidents
• Perform proactive and reactive actions based on monitoring systems
• Schedule and execute infrastructure updates
• Remediate infrastructure issues following audits
• Occasionally participate in infrastructure projects
• Document internal and client procedures
Reports to: Infrastructure Coordinator
Requirements:
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical certification
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Systems Administrator
• Knowledge of the following technologies:
• Systems: Windows Server 2XXX, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
• Microsoft Cloud: M365 and Entra AD
• Virtualization (preferred): VMware vSphere
• Storage (preferred): NetApp ONTAP
• Backup solutions (preferred): Veeam Backup
• Network Switching (preferred): Cisco and Huawei Fortinet
• Firewalling & SD-WAN (preferred): Fortinet and Cisco Meraki
• Wi-Fi: Cisco Meraki
• Desktop and Application Virtualization (preferred): VMware Horizon (not highly relevant)
• Disaster Recovery (preferred): NetApp SnapMirror, Veeam, VMware Site Recovery Manager
• Monitoring (preferred): Zabbix
• Ability and willingness to continuously learn emerging technologies and new cybersecurity solutions
• English language skills: minimum technical English to open and follow vendor support cases. Intermediate to advanced English (B2/C1) is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills, autonomy, and customer orientation
