Job Responsibilities: 

Infrastructure Planning and Design:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.

Develop and maintain infrastructure architecture blueprints and documentation.

 

Cloud Technologies:

Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure solutions.

Optimize cloud services for cost, performance, and reliability.

 

Network Security:

Implement robust network security measures to safeguard the organization's data and systems.

Conduct regular security assessments and implement necessary security controls.

Stay updated on the latest security threats and technologies to address potential risks proactively.

 

Infrastructure Monitoring and Optimization:

Implement monitoring tools to ensure the health and performance of the infrastructure.

Proactively identify and address bottlenecks, performance issues, and system outages.

Continuously optimize infrastructure for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

 

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:

Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Conduct regular drills and testing to ensure the effectiveness of recovery procedures.

 

Vendor Management:

Work with vendors to evaluate, select, and implement infrastructure solutions.

Manage relationships with key infrastructure-related vendors.

 

Good knowledge of VMWare

 

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with IT teams, including development, operations, and security, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to infrastructure management.

Mentor and guide junior members of the infrastructure team.
