• 管理和维护Windows Server、Linux等操作系统环境，确保系统稳定、安全运行
• 规划与维护企业网络LAN/WLAN/WAN
• 设计并实施数据备份与恢复策略，确保业务连续性
• 对企业IT机房规划、建设与日常管理
• 积极配合Global IT团队，参与全球范围内的IT项目实施与运维任务
• 与所有相关本地部门以及区域安全经理（ISM）密切合作
• 支持所有相关的本地项目，以确保信息安全合规性

• 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，具备至少5年以上IT基础架构与信息安全相关工作经验
• 精通Windows Server及Linux系列操作系统，具备系统部署、配置、优化与故障排查能力
• 精通虚拟化平台（如VMware vSphere、CAS等）及主流存储系统（如NetApp、OceanStor等）的部署、配置、优化与故障排查能力
• 熟悉主流云平台（如AWS、Azure、阿里云等）的架构设计、部署与运维管理
• 了解信息安全相关标准（如ISO 27001）、流程及常用工具，具备基本的安全意识与实践经验
• 具备基本的英文读写能力，具备简单的英文沟通能力
