IT Infrastructure Engineer

You'll provide expert assistance to our colleagues, maintain critical systems, and proactively improve and expand our infrastructure.

You'll also play a key role in knowledge sharing, ensuring everyone has the information they need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• You will be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues by being the 2nd and 3rd line support to the business when it comes to infrastructure and relevant applications.

• You will support our customer sites through collaboration with our customer facing teams.

• You will monitor the IT infrastructure, identify and address problems promptly, and perform regular system maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

• You will proactively propose and implement solutions and improvements to maintain the infrastructure aligned with evolving business needs.

• You will be the champion of knowledge sharing across the company as you will be responsible for managing and updating IT processes and security documentation.

• You will ensure compliance and security by handling IT audits and ensuring that we comply with protocols and the industry best practices.

• Provide technical expertise and collaborate with the IT team and other relevant stakeholders on IT-related matters.

Requirements

• A BSc of HBO background in IT Engineering (or relevant field)

• Over 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering or similar roles.

• Experience with networking or security systems is considered an asset

• Excellent troubleshooting skills and analytical skills with advanced knowledge in both software and hardware is required.

• Communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment is an asset; Fluency in English both written and spoken is required.
