IT Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)

• Design: You design the architecture of complex technology systems and infrastructure and manage their deployment through testing and into production

• Monitoring: You design monitoring solutions and respond to alerts to ensure the availability and security of EGYM’s technology infrastructure

• Maintenance: You perform regular maintenance on infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, determine the root cause of and resolve errors and issues, and develop and maintain documentation supporting all systems and infrastructure

• Support Escalation: You act as the second tier of support for EGYM’s users, providing enhanced support for issues that are not able to be resolved by the Tier 1 Support team

Your fitness level:
• Education / Training: You have completed a training or internship program in Information Technology or have a university degree

• Professional Experience: You have 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role

• Know-How: You have good knowledge of Windows Server architecture, SaaS software management, identity providers (e.g. EntraID), mobile device management (e.g. Intune), and other relevant technologies

• Skills: You are interested in, or looking to learn more about, scripting languages and process automation

• Working style: You work reliably, independently, and produce high-quality work

• Language skills: You have professional proficiency in English (German and/or French is a plus)

Your training goal for your first 6 months:
• Learn the core systems used at EGYM in depth: You will use this knowledge to operate and maintain our systems, provide suggestions for improvements, and resolve problems

• Participate in Team Meetings: You will give updates, collaborate with team members, and raise new ideas in regular team and departmental meetings

• Provide support to ongoing projects: You will be part of the team that works on projects such as onboarding improvements and Identity Provider (IdP) Improvements

• Lead a project solo: When ready, you will lead your own infrastructure project such as ZTNA Deployment or Physical Asset Management
