IT Helpdesk Specialist (m/f/d)

Mission Brief

As an IT Helpdesk Specialist, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to internal and external users, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, managing user accounts, supporting enterprise applications, and contributing to IT projects and documentation. You will collaborate closely with IT, cybersecurity, procurement, and infrastructure teams to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.

Your Role in Our Space Mission:

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support via phone, email, Teams, remote desktop, and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira)

• Monitor and resolve service tickets efficiently; escalate complex issues and follow up to ensure resolution

• Provide technical assistance for laptops, desktops, docking stations, mobile phones, tablets, and printers

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

• Maintain IT equipment inventory and oversee hardware allocation and returns

• Conduct basic troubleshooting for LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN (Netskope), DNS/DHCP

• Onsite IT support in build up of IT-Infrastructure for new offices or launch facilities

• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in Jira and Confluence

Qualification Checklist

• At least 3 years of experience working in a corporate IT environment

• Proficient in managing Windows environments, Microsoft Office 365 applications, and Microsoft 365 administration

• Skilled in the management of ticketing systems

• You possess strong competencies in hardware and software setup

• You are familiar with scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell

• Self-organized working method and good communication skills

• Fluent in English
