TITLE: AX Functional Analyst – Finance REPORTING TO: Project Manager WORKING LOCATION: Bengaluru (Bangalore) OVERALL OBJECTIVES : Work on complex global MBS Dynamics Axapta applications and provide functional expertise in designing and supporting Trade and Logistics processes for mostly internal clients spread worldwide. Must have familiarity of Manufacturing, Production and Warehouse management processes within MBS Dynamics Axapta application Versions AX2012 & D365. Must ensure overall customer satisfaction in every aspect. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Setting up, configuring, and testing AX functional modules and processes with ability to identify system gaps and using process & system knowledge.Providing day-to-day functional and process related support to AX users in areas of Finance and Purchasing (but not limited to)Analyzing and documenting of related Problems , Incidents and ChangeRequests in liaison with Process Owners and Business Analysts from IT delivery teams.Close, proactive and professional cooperation with other Global IT delivery team ensuring high performance, standards, and high quality of delivered solution.Preparing, planning, and leading training sessions for business and end users ensuring proper knowledge and skills developments across SSC organizationPreparing, planning and execution of test plans, test cases for end-to-end business scenarios and leading local UAT activities in cooperation with Release ManagerPreparing, planning, and executing Cut-Over and Go-Live plans for newly integrated entities including primarily data migration, cleansing and preparation. OTHER ASSIGNMENTS:Periodically report environments health and statistic details to relevant stakeholders.Analyze the trends associated with the incidents and service requests and report potential areas improvement or risk to appropriate stakeholders.Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned.REQUIRED PROFILE: Initial Educational Background: CA/ICWA/MCOM/or MBA (Finance) with the relevant experience.MBS Dynamics Axapta Finance certification on AX 2012 / D365 Technical skills: 8-10 years of consulting experience with in-depth knowledge in Finance functions of MS Dynamics Axapta and mostly in AX 2012 & D365.Hands-on experience in General Ledger, Account Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed assets, Budgeting, Cash and Bank ManagementKnowledge on the Supply Chain functions of AX 2012 & D365 desirable.Ability to work in a dynamic & fast paced environment.Should possess experience in handling postproduction support and Familiarity in using ticketing tools Personal Qualities: Excellent Business communication skills (Fluence in English is necessary)Strong time management skill and multitasking abilities.Required to be communicative and social, capable of creating great interpersonal relation skills at all levels of the organization and be able to collaborate with teams spread across the globe.Enthusiastic, full of high-energy, capable of contaminating others with the energy.Proactive in assuming the responsibility for successfully completing assignment or tasks.Self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed.
