About the Role

The IT Factory Specialist supports Flora Food Group’s factory operations by maintaining a reliable IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with global security standards, and enabling digitalization across the site. This role works closely with Manufacturing, Global IT, and Digital Factory teams to support both day‑to‑day technical operations and long‑term factory transformation initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Operations

• Manage hardware lifecycle: provisioning, configuring, deploying, and retiring laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and factory IT assets.

• Maintain on‑site IT infrastructure including cabling, server racks, network rooms, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.

• Maintain and update the IT asset inventory and software license records.

• Administer Intune, Active Directory, and Office 365 environments.

Technical Support & Incident Handling

• Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all IT issues at the factory.

• Troubleshoot incidents via phone, chat, email, and manage tickets using ITSM tools.

• Ensure accurate documentation of incidents, root cause, and resolutions.

Networking & Security

• Perform network basics such as patching, VLAN mapping, Wi‑Fi AP troubleshooting, and connectivity checks.

• Support global IT security compliance such as endpoint hardening, user access controls, and vulnerability remediation.

Digital Factory, IOT & Cloud

• Support IOT sensors, industrial gateways, and Digital Factory physical servers.

• Assist in managing cloud‑based systems including HRIS (Talenta) and Office 365 services.

Digitalization & Automation

• Build workflow automation using Power Automate or other low‑code tools.

• Support creation of Power BI dashboards for manufacturing data visibility.

• Assist in developing lightweight applications through Microsoft Teams to support factory processes.

Professional Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support / IT Infrastructure (manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus).

• Strong hands‑on experience with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Active Directory.

• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, VLAN, patching, Wi‑Fi access points).

• Experience using ITSM tools and asset management systems.

• Familiarity with Power BI, workflow automation, or low‑code platforms is highly preferred.

• Exposure to IOT devices, digital factory systems, or industrial IT servers is advantageous.

• Strong communication, problem‑solving skills, and ability to work in a fast‑paced factory environment.

• This position is hired under a third‑party employment contract and assigned to Flora Food Group’s manufacturing plant in Cikarang.
