Job Description

JOB PURPOSE :

The IT Executive plays a critical role in supporting the company’s technological needs by overseeing and managing its software applications, primarily the ERP software ODOO. Additionally, this position supports the Group IT department (off-site) and external service providers (on-site) in maintaining high standards of network and server infrastructure, including the email system, internet connectivity, and telephone network. In collaboration with the Group’s IT, the IT Executive will ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place to protect against potential threats while minimizing system downtime and ensuring smooth, continuous operations across the organization.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible for change and release management for Odoo: manage required changes, functional enhancements in Odoo & third-party integration together with key users until implementation

Responsible for creating user-friendly process documentation in both English and Thai language.

Manage and execute required ODOO updates and propose new plug-ins and auxiliary software solutions in collaboration with key users.

Participate in FLS Group’s IT infrastructure initiatives.

Support function (for Group IT & external service providers)

Set up, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows computers and other hardware.

Maintain and diagnose the local network and VPN, including LAN, Wi-Fi, server racks, backup tools, and firewalls.

Ensure high-level service standards for software and applications and troubleshoot technical issues.

Provide general IT support to internal users.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields

Proficiency in handling ODOO ERP

Strong ability in process documentation

Good Windows, network and VPN technology knowledge

5+ years’ experience in incident and problem management

Fluent in Thai and English both writing and speaking
