We are looking for an IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, user support, and basic infrastructure administration.
This role ensures staff have reliable access to devices, systems, networks, and tools while maintaining security and uptime.
Role Summary
You will be responsible for user support, network maintenance, endpoint security, IT asset tracking, and vendor coordination. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, maintaining systems, and ensuring secure digital operations.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Provide Level 1 and 2 IT support
• Manage onboarding and offboarding device and access setup
• Maintain office network and internet connectivity
• Administer Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
• Ensure endpoint security and patch compliance
• Maintain IT asset register and coordinate with vendors
• Support backups, audits, and documentation
Requirements
• 2–4 years experience in IT support or IT operations
• Strong knowledge of Windows or macOS environments
• Basic networking knowledge including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS
• Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
• Strong troubleshooting and prioritisation skills
• Good communication and ownership mindset
Nice-to-Have
• Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira or Freshservice
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Intune or Jamf
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience in tech or service-based companies
