Job Description

Company: Ecospace Limited

Ecospace Limited, a subsidiary of Veolia Hong Kong & Macau, operates Hong Kong's only Chemical Waste Treatment Facility, managing hazardous and medical waste since 1993. The facility ensures safe, reliable, and environmentally responsible waste management.

• Provide support to end users and the operations teams
• Manage asset inventory and service contracts
• Ensure the availability of critical IT infrastructures
• Oversee IT Network, Servers, Cloud Services and Cybersecurity of operation sites 
• Participate in projects related to Network, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Digital Transformation
• Follow professional IT management practice and compliance

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, or other relevant IT certifications.
• Minimum 2  years’ relevant work experience in user devices and network support.  
• Hands-on experience with TCP/IP networking, Windows AD and VMware
• Able to communicate in written and spoken English and Chinese

Requirements:

• Experience in Google Workspace is an advantage
• Good working attitude and communication
