Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with business stake to gather the requirements and prepare functional designs for implementation

· Conduct System integration tests and assist in UAT tests

· Responsible for both support (L3 incidents) and maintenance activities (enhancements)

· Conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality, maintainability, and performance across all Ivalua customizations.

· Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on Ivalua module best practices, helping them solve complex development challenges, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration

· Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in existing applications and processes, suggesting and implementing enhancements

Required Skill:

· Ivalua Platform Expertise & Contract management Module Experience (4+ years):

· Ivalua L3 S2C certification is required

· Deep techno-functional knowledge of Ivalua modules: Contract life cycle management domain expertise with Ivalua tool.

· Contract Management Module: Customize & configure the contract workflow, contract document workflow, parent – child agreements, contract deployment to SAP, e-Signature

· Develop and customize user interfaces (UIs), workflows, and business logic to meet specific client requirements across Ivalua modules, enhancing user experience and system functionality.

· Expertise in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and Ivalua’s proprietary tools for developing custom features and reports within Contract management module,

· Ability to develop custom reports and dashboards that integrate with Ivalua’s analytics capabilities, providing real-time insights into procurement, supplier, and contract performance.

· Experience in integrating Ivalua with SAP system for deploying the contract to create operational contracts in SAP to run call-offs

Preferred (Nice to have):

Integration experience with e-Signature tools (Adobe or DocuSign)

Integration experience with SAP for operation contract deployment
