The DBA is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of database systems to ensure high availability and security. This role involves managing data integrity, optimizing queries, and supporting development teams with database-related tasks.

Database Management

• Install, configure, and upgrade database servers (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.).
• Create and manage database objects (tables, indexes, views, stored procedures).
• Monitor database performance and implement tuning strategies.
• Backup & Recovery

• Develop and maintain backup strategies.
• Perform disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Ensure data integrity and availability.
• Security & Compliance

• Implement database security policies (roles, permissions, encryption).
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
• Performance Optimization

• Analyze query performance and optimize SQL statements.
• Manage indexing strategies and partitioning.

 

Experience 2- 4 years.

English is a must.

Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.
