Job Description:
• Within the COE Cybersécurité of the bank, the IT Continuity & Resilience Corporate team is launching the deployment of new scenarios and DORA requirements, particularly regarding third parties
                                                                                                                                                   
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Coordination of the deployment of ServiceNow in the following teams:
•  France and International
• IT Tribes
• Production teams
• Owners of the IT assets
• IT Risks 
• In the following modules:• Classification of IT assets (classification and expression of Continuity needs)
• IT Continuity Plan
• IT Continuity Exercise
• In addition, as an IT Continuity & Resilience expert, the person we will hire will analyse, accompany and propose changes to the deployment and new features for the tools
• Monitor the deployment of IT Continuity service module according to bank Roadmap:
• Follow-up on annual reviews (ASC, IC Plan) and their validation workflow in ServiceNow
• Follow-up of new exercises in ServiceNow (validation within 30 days after completion, centralization of evidence and follow-up of the validation workflow
• Support for the team in preparing new exercises
• Follow-up on the review of IT Continuity & Resilience risks and the associated action plans
• Calculation and monitoring of indicators
• Support for stakeholders on these topics (GIE and International: Tribes, APS,  IT asset manager, …)
• Implementation of a follow-up of Third Parties, in coordination with the TPTRP team
 
 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT field
• Knowledge of main frameworks of IT Risk and IT Continuity & Resilience
• Experience with ServiceNow (prefarably in GRC module)
• Good Assessment Skills
