We are looking for an interested Junior or Senior IT Guru to join our international Professional Services team in Mannheim to be the communication interface between our customers, partners and our project team. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our customers.

What you can expect in IT Consulting:

• Master exciting challenges! Customers come to us with a wide variety of enquiries that we have to process and solve. From user questions and application training to new project requirements and customising projects. That makes our day-to-day work diverse.

• From level to level: In IT Consulting, you can deal with a wide range of technical topics / IT projects based on the development of individual customer requirements, specialise and expand your IT know-how through regular software training and courses.

In our Professional Service Team you will support us...

• in the optimisation of existing procedures and processes
• analysing, processing and finding solutions together with customers and colleagues
• in the implementation of change and feature requests and problem solutions
• in carrying out customer training in the individual applications (optional)

Your profile:
You are a motivated tech-savvy with a no giving up mentality and you also have...

• a technical training background or relevant practical experience in this field
• strong customer-orientated, friendly communication skills and enjoy working with people
• German and English speaking skills, at least B2
• Place of residence in Germany
• job-seeking visa or working permit
