 With the support of a 20-strong team of consultants and presales consultants from Germany, Austria, Italy, and Poland, you will present and represent the entire baramundi portfolio, from IT to OT. You will be the extended arm of sales management. You will clarify all technical questions, present new features and functionalities, and ensure the smooth integration of our software solutions. In doing so, you will work across departments with the baramundi event and marketing teams in Augsburg. Curious? Then give our products a face: yours.

Do what you do best::
• CREATE ADDED VALUE You will handle projects and workshops with our customers—either on-site or remotely.
• GET STARTED You will implement the baramundi Management Suite in accordance with our customers' requirements.
• FIND SOLUTIONS You will support our customers with any software issues they may encounter.
• PASS ON KNOWLEDGE You prepare and conduct training courses on the baramundi Management Suite. 
• NEVER BE SATISFIED You further improve the baramundi Management Suite in collaboration with product management and product owners.

What we appreciate about you::
• Completed training as an IT specialist or degree in computer science/business informatics or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in consulting for complex IT solutions that require explanation
• Comprehensive know-how in the field of Windows operating systems as well as in the area of networking or IT security
• Ideally, initial experience in the area of support and training
