We are looking for an IT Change and Adoption Specialist on behalf of the European Space Agency (ESA) for their location in Paris, France. Please be aware that this is a temporary, maternity leave cover position intended to be filled for a fixed period of 6 months.
The IT Trainer will support innovation and evolution activities within ESA’s digital workplace. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful user adoption of new IT solutions, managing change initiatives, and delivering impactful communication and training strategies across the Agency.
Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage).
The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:
• Provide training assistance to the IT department;
• Support in the development of training materials, manuals and regulations (i.e. create written and visual training materials used to guide trainees);
• Ensure a positive learning environment in training procedures;
• Provide administrative support (i.e., organizing digital and paper files as well as copying and scanning documents);
• Maintain and manage schedules calendar for the training;
• Assist in mailing and communication for the training program;
• Prepare conference and training rooms: straighten up and restock conference and training rooms, refilling supplies, and performing light custodial tasks as needed to keep these areas clean and well-organized.
