Job Description

As a Business Systems Analyst, you bridge the gap between business users and technical teams, driving innovative solutions for Order Management. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our Order Management team. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our order management processes. ​

Basic Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Order Management stakeholders to understand their needs, identify pain points, and document detailed requirements.

• Create functional design and technical specifications to extend and enhance order management including On-prem Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion cloud.

• Leverage your expertise in Oracle EBS applications and other technologies to work with developers to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business needs.

• Work collaboratively with both business and IT partners to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet agreed-upon requirements.​

• Proactively manage conflicting priorities, and drive prioritization discussions using strategic value. ​

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 8+ years of proven experience working with Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Cloud applications, with a strong emphasis on Order Management modules.

• Deep understanding of Oracle ERP Order Management configurations and best practices.

• Proven experience in PL/SQL development, including troubleshooting and optimization.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a geographically dispersed environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to articulate technical information clearly to both business and technical audiences.

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and implementing process improvements using technology.

• Experience working in agile scrum methodologies to deliver projects and enhancements.

• Experience with Oracle CPQ integration with Oracle EBS is an added advantage.

• Exposure to emerging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Chatbots, and AI/ML is a plus.
