IT Business Partner Technology - Production

The successful candidate will determine the position location, though there is a preference for the role to be based in the EMEA region. This position requires a 60/40 split between on-site and remote work.

We’re looking for a strategic IT leader to bridge business and technology—driving transformation, aligning IT initiatives with business goals, and delivering impactful SAP-based solutions, especially in manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Bridge business and IT to ensure strategic alignment
• Lead digital transformation and IT advisory efforts
• Define architecture and tech roadmaps based on business needs
• Oversee IT project portfolio and budgets
• Collaborate on solution design with integration partners
• Advocate for IT strategy and enterprise architecture
• Build strong stakeholder relationships

• 5–10 years in SAP PP (QM a plus), with S/4HANA and MES integration
• Experience in IT-business strategy and manufacturing
• International, cross-functional IT experience
• SAP certification preferred
• Professional proficiency in English.
