Sobre el rol

Buscamos un IT Business Partner que actúe como puente entre negocio y tecnología, liderando iniciativas de punta a punta.

Este rol combina gestión estratégica + ejecución, con un foco importante en soluciones de data, sin perder la visión integral de IT.

Lo que harás

• Gestionar demanda, proyectos y mantenimiento de soluciones tecnológicas
• Traducir necesidades del negocio en soluciones IT viables y escalables
• Liderar iniciativas end-to-end (desde el levantamiento hasta la entrega)
• Actuar como interlocutor clave entre negocio y equipos técnicos
• Gestionar stakeholders complejos (local, regional, global)
• Asegurar que las soluciones (incluyendo data) cumplan con buenas prácticas y generen valor

Lo que buscamos (Must-have)

Formación

• Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Industrial o carreras afines.
• Deseable: especialización, diplomado o maestría en Data, Transformación Digital, Gestión de Proyectos, Innovación o afines.

• Experiencia como IT Business Partner, Product Owner o similar
• Experiencia gestionando:• Demanda
• Proyectos end-to-end
• Relación con stakeholders

• Experiencia en entornos corporativos / multinacionales
• Conocimiento técnico suficiente para conversar con equipos IT (ej. Azure, Power BI, SQL)

Importante:

Experiencia participando en iniciativas de data (BI, analítica, integración, etc.) y entendimiento de buenas prácticas (gobierno, modelamiento, calidad)
