Position Title: IT Business Analyst (onsite)

Location: Regina, SK

Overview:

Charter is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 14-month engagement beginning April 2026. The successful candidate will bring 8+ years of BA experience on large scale IT projects, bridging business needs and IT solutions, gathering and documenting requirements, mapping processes, creating test-plans, tracking issues/problems to resolution and facilitating cross-functional workshops. Ideally you have developed process and workflows for compliance programs (e.g. HIPA, PCI-DSS, NERC CIP). Previous experience working in SCADA/Industrial Control System environments is an asset. Active Business Analyst certifications (i.e., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are required.

Location: Regina, SK (onsite). Term: 14 months.

Qualifications and Experience:

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on large scale IT projects, bridging business needs and IT solutions, gathering and documenting requirements, mapping processes, creating test-plans, tracking issues/problems to resolution and facilitating cross-functional workshops.

Experience developing process and workflows for compliance programs (e.g. HIPA, PCI-DSS, NERC CIP).

Previous experience working in SCADA/Industrial Control System environments is an asset.

Education: Business Analyst certifications (i.e., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is required

Experience creating and prioritizing test scenarios to ensure proper test coverage.

Experience with Agile development methodology

Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.

Must be authorized to work in Canada.
