Out partner is looking for a Business Analyst to join our agile teams and support the delivery of complex IT initiatives. The role suits a proactive, structured thinker who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology, communicates confidently with stakeholders, and operates independently in fast-paced environments.
Tasks:
• Gather, analyze and structure business needs and requirements
• Define, document and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements
• Facilitate workshops, discussions and presentations with stakeholders
• Analyze and model business processes (e.g. BPMN, sequence diagrams)
• Collaborate closely with development teams on specifications and user stories
• Support testing activities and clarify functional questions during delivery
• Use modeling and visualization tools (e.g. Miro, MindManager, Figma)
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and ongoing delivery activities
Requirements:
• 2–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of requirements engineering, stakeholder analysis and process modeling
• Ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders effectively
• Basic technical understanding (e.g. APIs, JSON/XML; SQL is an advantage)
• Experience working in agile environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Independent, proactive and structured way of working
