As a Business Analyst/Solution Designer you are responsible for analyzing and solving problems related to our in-house business applications, as well as the design and implementation
• • Analysis and optimization of existing applications as well as support for the implementation and maintenance of our system.
• Align with respective product owner and team members to understand the production incidents and business requirements from our customers.
• Documentation of progress and changes implemented.
• High interest in new technological developments and development of proposals for application in the company.
• Be eager to proactively expand knowledge regarding technologies that help to contribute to the delivery of our technical solutions.
• • Very good knowledge working with software development lifecycle.
• Good experience working with databases and SQL.
• Experience working with SOAP / REST based APIs.
• High willingness to learn and ability to build up know-how independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills, reliability and accuracy.
 
• Nice to have:• Experience working with ABS.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar project management tools.
