IT Business Analyst - ERP/NG platforms

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis:• Collaborate with regional business units to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze existing processes and identify gaps for eLIMS-NG deployment.

• Stakeholder Management:• Act as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and global NG program teams.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations for stakeholders across Asia.

• Documentation & Process Mapping:• Prepare Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specifications, and Use Cases.
• Develop process flow diagrams and ensure alignment with eLIMS-NG standards.

• Testing & Validation:• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating results.
• Ensure defects are tracked and resolved before go-live.

• Change Management & Training:• Assist in preparing training materials and conducting sessions for end-users.
• Support change management activities to drive adoption.

• Deployment Support:• Coordinate with technical teams for deployment activities.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and resolve issues.

BE Computer Science/MCA or any other Bachelor’s degree with the right experience.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Experience:• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in IT projects, preferably in large-scale deployments.
• Experience with ERP/NG platforms and regional rollouts in Asia.

• Technical Skills:• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of data migration, integration, and testing processes.

• Soft Skills:• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage multiple priorities.

Personal Skills:

• • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Fluent in English and the working country language.
• Should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a complex international environment
• Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment
