We’re now looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst to act as the bridge between our business teams and technical stakeholders. In this role, you’ll analyze business needs, translate them into clear technical requirements, and help deliver technology solutions that create real value.

Your Day will Look like:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and goals
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
• Work closely with developers, QA, and project managers throughout delivery
• Support system testing, UAT, and implementation activities
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
• Create documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and Agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with requirements gathering techniques (workshops, interviews, process mapping)
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar
• Relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, etc.)
