About the Role :

To manage and follow up on all hub-related communications, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently between Customer Service, Account Managers, and Operations teams. The role focuses on problem-solving, SLA compliance, and maintaining smooth coordination across departments.

Job Responsibilities::
 Handling the procurement process from start to end for all IT related requests.
 Receiving and dispatching maintenance shipments from and to the Hubs.
 Dispatching new equipment to the Hubs.
 Tagging assets and adding them to internal records (sheet and portal).
 Managing Assets stock and tracking their location.
 Handling contracts SLAs with vendors and service providers.
 Discuss budget issues with budget controller and assist in solving them.
 Handling Business and Data lines process for Employees and Hubs.

Job Qualifications::
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in IT procurement, asset management, or stock management.

Strong understanding of procurement processes, including purchase requests, vendor coordination, and goods receiving.

Experience in managing the asset lifecycle, including tagging, tracking, and maintaining accurate records.

Familiarity with inventory and stock management systems.
Experience in coordinating with telecom service providers for SIM card management is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and experience with internal portals or asset management systems.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple IT-related requests efficiently.

Knowledge of logistics and shipment handling is an advantage.
