Für unseren Mandanten aus Norddeutschland, ein modernes und dynamisches Unternehmen aus einer Zukunftsbranche, suchen wir aktuell einen erfahrenen IT-Service Manager (gn) mit SAP Erfahrung.

Deine Aufgaben:
• Fachliche Führung & Weiterentwicklung des Teams IT-Applikations- und Servicemanagement
• Coaching, Weiterentwicklung und perspektivischer Ausbau des Teams
• Verantwortung für die operative Steuerung des IT-Dienstleisters
• Strategisches Applikationsmanagement inkl. Entwicklung und Pflege einer ganzheitlichen SAP-Roadmap
• Cloud-Transformation & Betrieb:
• Steuerung der Migration von SAP S/4HANA, BW und SAC in die Cloud
• Abstimmung der Integration und Schnittstellen mit der IT-Zielarchitektur
• Aufbau und Optimierung von ITIL-Prozessen
• Definition, Review und Optimierung von SLAs
• Implementierung von Access-, Lizenz- und Lifecycle-Managementprozessen
• Monitoring von KPIs und kontinuierliche Optimierung
• Budgetplanung und Controlling für Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Serviceverträge
• Change-, Release- & Vendor-Management

Dein Profil:
• Abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik oder BWL mit IT-Schwerpunkt) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Application Management mit Fokus auf SAP-Betrieb und Cloud-Transformation
• Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von (Projekt-) Teams
• Fundierte ITIL-Kenntnisse
• Erfahrung in Budget- und Kostencontrolling für IT-Projekte und -Services
• Starkes Stakeholder-Management und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Hands-on-Mentalität
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
