Wir suchen Dich als IT Application Manager Finance Operations, der die End-to-End-Verantwortung für unsere finance-bezogenen IT-Anwendungen übernimmt. In dieser Rolle bist Du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Finance, IT und externen Dienstleistern und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Finanzsysteme die Geschäftsprozesse, Compliance-Anforderungen und strategischen Ziele optimal unterstützen.

Die Position ist ideal für Dich, wenn Du 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung im Application Management hast, vorzugsweise im Finanzumfeld, und Freude daran hast, an der Schnittstelle von Technologie und Finanzprozessen zu arbeiten, um unsere Finanzsysteme aktiv zu verbessern und weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten als IT Application Manager (f/m/d) Finance Operations:

• Übernimm die Verantwortung für finance-bezogene IT-Anwendungen (z. B. ERP-, Reporting- und Spend-Management-Systeme) und begleite sie über den gesamten Lebenszyklus

• Sichere die Verfügbarkeit, Performance, Sicherheit und Datenintegrität der Finanzsysteme, damit die Finance-Prozesse zuverlässig und effizient laufen

• Verwalte, pflege und optimiere kontinuierlich unsere Finanzanwendungen, um stabile Prozesse und eine hervorragende User Experience zu gewährleisten

• Analysiere, behebe und löse komplexe Systemprobleme und biete First- und Second-Level-Support für interne Stakeholder

• Stelle die nahtlose Integration der Finanz-IT-Systeme abteilungsübergreifend sicher, um eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit zwischen Finance und anderen Geschäftsbereichen zu ermöglichen

• Koordiniere und implementiere Software-Updates, Patches und Systemkonfigurationen, um Anwendungen sicher und aktuell zu halten

• Unterstütze das Unternehmen bei der Einhaltung von Finanzvorschriften und IT-Sicherheitsstandards

• Arbeite eng mit Finance- und IT-Teams zusammen, um Systemfunktionalitäten zu verbessern, Prozesse zu optimieren und digitale Finanzinitiativen voranzutreiben

• Führe und schule Endanwender:innen, teile Best Practices und unterstütze Deine Kolleg:innen dabei, Finanzsysteme effektiv und sicher zu nutzen
