DEINE MISSION BEI UNS

• Technische Anwendungsbetreuung: In Deinem Verantwortungsbereich liegt die sorgfältige und effiziente technische Anwendungsbetreuung der Wilken-Applikationen, um deren optimale Funktion und Performance zu garantieren
• Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebs: Dies umfasst die Administration und Installation dieser Anwendungen, einschließlich Basiskonfigurationen sowie die Installation von Versionen, Updates und Hotfixes
• Datenbankbetreuung: Des Weiteren gehört die Betreuung und Optimierung der Datenbanken, einschließlich Administration, Monitoring und Leistungsoptimierung zu Deinem Daily Business
• Dokumentation von Kundenumgebungen: Eine zusätzliche Aufgabe besteht darin, die Kundenumgebungen transparent zu dokumentieren, als Voraussetzung für einen serviceorientierten Betrieb
• Störungsanalyse und -behebung: Ein weiterer Bestandteil Deiner Tätigkeit ist die Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie die Analyse und Behebung von auftretenden Störungen

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

• Qualifikation: Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung, bzw. – mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung – über eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
• Datenbanken: Du verfügst über profunde Expertise in einer der Datenbanken wie Oracle, MSSQL oder PostgreSQL
• Applikationsbetreuung: Optimalerweise bringst Du umfangreiche Berufserfahrung und/oder umfassende Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten im Bereich der Applikationsbetreuung mit
• Unix/Windows: Du bist mit Unix- und Windows-Umgebungen vertraut
• Arbeitsweise: Deine strukturierte, effiziente und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von hoher Qualität sowie Service- und Kundenorientierung. Und Du hast auch Freude daran, Probleme zu analysieren
