JOB SUMMARY
Crowe Ireland is a leading business advisory and accountancy firm, ranking among the top 10 Firms in Ireland. We are seeking candidates to join the team in the IT & Applications Support role.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting applications, driving AI and automation innovation, assist in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of IT-related activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Day-to-day tasks include, but not limited to:
Develop and manage automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and deliver measurable efficiency improvements.
Document workflows and ensure processes are scalable, secure and reliable.
Utilise Copilot Studio Lite and Copilot Studio to leverage AI capabilities to optimise staff workflows, performance and user experience (UX).
Staying up to date with the latest Power Platform and Copilot features and best practices.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications.
Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Conduct training sessions to improve user proficiency of applications.
Ensure system security, data integrity and compliance with IT policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for systems, applications, and processes.
Other ad-hoc duties as required.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
Essential Knowledge & Skills: -
Third level degree or relevant industry certifications around Microsoft Power Platform / Copilot technologies.
Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Copilot Studio development.
Proficient in the usage and application of AI technologies in a business.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI, services and solutions.

Ability to take responsibility for the completion of complex tasks, either individually or as part of the team.
Commitment to provide a high quality and professional support / service to all stakeholders.
Strong aptitude for technology and ability to work off own initiative
Ability to build rapport and develop relationships
Excellent time management skills (ability to work within timelines and meet deadlines).
Ability to focus on performance, prioritise simultaneous work tasks, achieve service level agreements and produce high-quality result
Ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.
Take ownership of self-learning and development.
Willingness to take on new tasks and develop other skills as required.
