We are looking for an IT Analyst join our team—a role where your expertise will drive meaningful outcomes and your ambition will help shape what comes next. Your Role:
Provide detailed documentation of computer systems, procedures and policies.
Coordinate, prioritize and facilitate Service Desk requests.
Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, network devices and software.
Set up and configure user accounts.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
Perform backup restore procedures.
Assist with overall network and server management as required
Other duties as assigned.
What you bring to the table:
Currently enrolled in the BCIT’s TSP program
Strong working knowledge of a Microsoft Windows environment and applicable tools
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
A professional and courteous manner
Passionate, flexible, and motivated to help others is key.
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized, including the ability to re-prioritize workload and adapt to changing circumstances.
Good time management skills
Ability to work independently and understand when to escalate issues.
Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical staff, in verbal and written form

Job type: Temporary, Full-time (10-week term)
Your schedule: Monday to Friday, In office
Salary range: $21.50 per hour
