Sobre el puesto:
Profesional técnico con experiencia que trabaja con sistemas informáticos y software para mejorar la eficiencia de la organización, gestionando equipos e infraestructura básica y asegurando un funcionamiento técnico óptimo. Colaborará estrechamente con otros stakeholders de la empresa, incluyendo líderes de negocio, profesionales de TI y usuarios finales, para implementar nuevos sistemas, optimizar flujos de trabajo y mejorar la productividad general de la compañía.

Objetivo:

• Analizar problemas de software y hardware, brindando soluciones oportunas para mantener el rendimiento del sistema.

• Identificar y resolver incidencias técnicas, garantizando la seguridad de los sistemas informáticos de la empresa.

• Colaborar con equipos internos (presenciales y remotos) para entender sus necesidades tecnológicas y apoyar en sus procesos de pruebas de aceptación de usuarios.

• Necesario vivir en CDMX o Estado de México
