The PITCH

We are seeking an IT Analyst to primarily support our New Delhi office and broader APAC region. This is a hands-on, customer-first role in a Mac-focused environment, with opportunities to collaborate on regional initiatives and provide occasional support alongside our global IT teams across EMEA and the Americas.

Here’s where you come in.

• Provide in-person IT support for our New Delhi office (≈75 users, including VIPs)

• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for APAC, including regional onboarding and offboarding

• Deliver fast, friendly, high-quality support across Mac and Windows devices

• Support tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, and conference rooms

• Manage tickets, documentation, and workflows in FreshService

• Manage devices, inventory, repairs, and MDM platforms (Kandji / Intune)

• Support Okta, endpoint tools, and assist with basic security monitoring

• Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi and Cisco Meraki networking issues

• Partner with regional and Global IT teams to support cross-region initiatives and provide coverage when needed

Your Experience

• 3–5 years of IT support experience

• Strong macOS expertise (Windows experience a plus)

• Excellent customer service, communication, and time-management skills

• Experience supporting SaaS tools, SSO, MDM, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365

• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals

• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi

Nice to Have

• Mac-first or Apple-focused support background

• AV and conference room support experience

• Experience in an agency or fast-paced environment

• Prior exposure to regional or multi-time-zone support models
