Aufgaben:
• Du übernimmst Tickets mit 1st und 2nd Level-Themen, analysierst und löst eigenständig
• Du verstehst Dich als IT-Administrator/IT-Abteilung unserer Kunden
• Die Kundenbetreuung ist keine klassische Hotline-Tätigkeit, vielmehr pflegst Du eine partnerschaftliche und persönliche Kundenbeziehung
• Aufgrund der Kundennähe arbeitest du auch konzeptionell und berätst die Kunden bei allen Themen rund um die IT
• Auch die regionale vor Ort Unterstützung beim Kunden gehört zu deiner Tätigkeit
• Teilweise sind komplexe IT-Infrastrukturen unserer Kunden an uns ausgelagert und werden von dir und deinen Kollegen betreut

Das erwarten wir:
Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Praxiserfahrung in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche:
• Microsoft onPrem (Windows Client, Windows Server, Active Directory, Gruppenrichtlinien, Exchange, SQL, etc.)
• Microsoft 365 (Entra, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
• Microsoft Terminal Services bzw. Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop
• Virtualisierung (VMware vSphere, vCenter, Microsoft Hyper-V)
• Backup (Veeam, Rubrik, etc.)
• Firewall (Fortinet, Sophos, etc.)
• Zertifikate (SSL, etc.)
• Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch C2
• Führerschein Klasse B
