Aufgaben:
• Annahme von Kundenstörungen, Erfassung im Ticketsystem, eigenständige Analyse sowie Problemlösung
• Der NetPlans Support ist keine klassische Hotline, sondern pflegt eine partnerschaftliche und sehr persönliche Kundenbeziehung
• Viele unserer Kunden haben komplexe IT/Server-Infrastrukturen an uns ausgelagert, diese werden vollständig vom IT-Support betreut
• Im IT-Support gibt es Kompetenzteams (z.B. Microsoft, Citrix, VMware usw.), die den second oder third level Support leisten und über ein hohes Kompetenzniveau verfügen
• Aufgrund der großen Kundennähe arbeitet das Support-Team auch konzeptionell und berät die Kunden in allen Fragen rund um die IT-Infrastruktur
• Viele Kunden werden auch regional vor Ort vom Support unterstützt, d.h. die Tätigkeit kann, je nach Wunsch, eine Mischung aus interner und externer Unterstützung unserer Kunden sein

Das erwarten wir:
Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Praxiserfahrung in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche:

• Microsoft Produktpalette (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, MS-SQL, etc.)
• Storage (IBM, NetApp, Dell, Huawei)
• Virtualisierung (VMware vSphere, Citrix XenServer, MS Hyper-V)
• Microsoft Terminal Services bzw. Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop
• Veeam B&R bzw. Veritas Backup Exec
• IT-Security (Sophos, Barracuda Networks, Kaspersky Endpoint Protection, Forti)
