You will play a critical role in establishing a secure, scalable, and well-structured IT environment that supports business growth.

The role requires a balance between agility and control, making it ideal for someone who can think strategically while executing hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:

• Manage IT assets and device lifecycle, including procurement, allocation, tracking, and retirement
• Implement and maintain device management systems, ensuring compliance with security configurations
• Control user access through role-based permissions and enforce least-privilege principles
• Set up and manage IT helpdesk operations, including ticketing systems, SLAs, and issue resolution
• Provide day-to-day technical support and manage escalations efficiently
• Implement security controls such as endpoint protection, MFA, patching, and monitoring
• Maintain logs, audit trails, and ensure strong cybersecurity hygiene across the organization
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup, access provisioning, and device recovery
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, licensing, and IT services while managing costs and renewals
• Maintain IT documentation, compliance records, and readiness for audits or due diligence
• Automate IT processes such as updates, backups, and compliance checks to improve efficiency
• Manage basic server room and on-premise infrastructure including networks, routers, and physical security
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Strong experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and end-user support
• Hands-on expertise with Windows and macOS environments
• Solid understanding of device management, access control, and IT security practices
• Experience implementing IT policies, documentation, and governance frameworks
• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals including endpoint security, authentication, and risk monitoring
• Ability to manage IT assets, vendors, and procurement processes effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle technical issues independently
• Experience in fast-paced or startup environments is a plus
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills for maintaining structured systems
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
