As our business continues to grow globally, we are looking for an IT Administration Specialist who helps keep our financial and administrative IT processes clear, accurate and running smoothly.  
 
In this role, you will be part of our Enterprise IT team within Tech & Data and work closely with the Tech & Data Financial Control team. You will create purchase orders, follow-up on invoices, handle hardware allocations and procurement-related administration across the department. Your work helps create better insight into costs, improves processes and supports colleagues across head offices and retail operations. This is a new role with room to shape the way we work and make a visible impact from day one. 
In this role, you will: 
• Support procurement and financial administration processes within Tech & Data 
• Check whether purchase orders are set up correctly according to Finance, procurement and Tech & Data standards 
• Monitor open purchase orders, follow up on invoices and support suppliers with payment-related questions 
• Administer bulk purchases and assign IT hardware and assets to the correct entity or store 
• Document and improve financial IT processes 
• Support reporting, the annual budget cycle and the identification of cost-saving opportunities 
 
We are looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to administrative processes and feels comfortable working across IT, finance and operations. You are accurate, curious and practical in the way you work. At the same time, you know how to connect with different stakeholders and keep things moving. You enjoy working in an international and dynamic environment, and you like improving the way things are done. 
To be successful in this role, you: 
• Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration 
• Bring relevant financial experience in an international, commercial environment 
• Are fluent in English; Dutch is a plus 
• Have strong Excel skills and enjoy analyzing administrative and financial processes in detail 
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and work well in a collaborative environment
