Project – the aim you’ll have

This project focuses on developing solutions that support global organisations in protecting their workforce and ensuring business continuity. It aims to strengthen health, safety, and risk-management capabilities by leveraging modern technology, real-time insights, and preventive strategies. The team works on building reliable, secure, and scalable systems that help companies maintain operational resilience and respond effectively to critical events.

Expectations – the experience you need

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Front-end Software Engineer;
• Expert-level React and TypeScript development;
• Enterprise UI framework expertise (Radix UI, shadcn/ui, or similar);
• Design system implementation and component library development;
• Responsive and mobile-first design (cross-device layouts and adaptive interfaces);
• Modern CSS architecture (CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, styled-components, etc.);
• Strong visual design sense and UI/UX principles;
• API integration with .NET backend services (REST);
• Understanding of .NET API patterns and data contracts;
• AWS frontend infrastructure knowledge (CloudFront, S3, Amplify)

Important Skills:

• Accessibility standards (WCAG compliance, semantic HTML, ARIA);
• Modern frontend architecture patterns and state management (Zustand, Jotai, Context API, or similar);
• Performance optimization and bundle management (Webpack, Vite);
• Familiarity with animation and micro-interaction libraries when needed (Motion, GSAP, or similar);
• Real-time data handling and WebSocket integration;
• Frontend testing frameworks (Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright);
• Git workflow and CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments;
• Understanding of design tools and workflows (Figma collaboration);
• Familiarity with AI/LLM feature integration from a frontend perspective;
• Experience with enterprise content management systems (Strapi, Sitecore);
