ISO 22301 BCM Management Officer

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System.

· Ensure that business continuity processes align with ISO 22301 standards and other relevant frameworks.

· Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to business operations.

· Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize risks and develop mitigation strategies.

· Conduct business impact analysis to identify the critical resources including maximum tolerable downtime, recovery time objective and recovery point objective.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans, procedures, and documentation.

· Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure the effectiveness of continuity measures.

· Establish and manage incident response, crisis management and disaster recovery framework.

· Coordinate and conduct regular drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of continuity and response plans.

· Analyze test results and incidents to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements.

· Provide training to employees on business continuity principles, procedures, and their roles in a disruption.

· Foster a culture of preparedness and resilience across the organization.

· Ensure that all relevant documentation is up-to-date and accessible to key stakeholders.

· Plan and conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with ISO 22301 standards.

· Collaborate with department heads to address and rectify non-conformities identified during audits

· Coordinate external audits by certification bodies and regulatory agencies.

· Ensure the organization's readiness for external assessments and certifications.

Requirements:
Qualification and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in business Continuity Management, Risk Management, or a related field.

· Certification in Business Continuity Management (e.g., CBCP - Certified Business Continuity Professional) is highly desirable.

· 2+ years of proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing business continuity plans within an ISO 22301 framework.

· Strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex processes and projects.

· Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to business continuity.

Work mode:

Work from Office.

Shift Time:

10pm-9pm (UK Time 8am to 5pm)
