🎯 What You Will Do

• Support EU service operations through our Luxembourg entity to ensure day-to-day GDPR-compliant infrastructure and data handling practices

• Assist with post-audit operational follow-ups for QTSP-related audits, including evidence preparation, remediation tracking, and recurring action items on a daily and weekly basis

• Build and operate and monitor cloud infrastructure environments used for EU services, focusing on availability, access control, logging, and incident readiness

• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Engineering teams to implement and maintain audit-ready operational processes

• Read and understand infrastructure and application code to support debugging, configuration validation, and operational troubleshooting (good-to-have, not core ownership)

🧠 Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field

• You are comfortable taking responsibility for operational tasks in a regulated environment and follow through without needing constant supervision

• You have hands-on experience or strong foundational knowledge in cloud infrastructure, system operations, or security-related operations

• You are detail-oriented and understand that compliance, audits, and day-to-day operations require consistency more than heroics

• You can work asynchronously across time zones and communicate clearly with teammates from different cultural and professional backgrounds

• You can communicate effectively in English for documentation and day-to-day collaboration
