Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for an Irish Player Support Specialist to join our vibrant gaming department in Sofia, Bulgaria! In this crucial role, you will be the primary support contact for our Irish-speaking gaming community, ensuring players receive exceptional assistance and a stellar gaming experience.
As a Player Support Specialist, you will handle player inquiries, troubleshoot game-related issues, and contribute to creating a friendly and engaging community atmosphere. We are looking for passionate individuals with excellent communication skills to effectively connect with our players.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding support to Irish-speaking players via email, chat, and social media channels
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, gameplay questions, and account inquiries
• Document all player interactions accurately in our customer support system
• Collaborate with other teams to effectively resolve complex player issues
• Gather and communicate player feedback to the development team for improvements
• Help foster a positive and engaging gaming community
• Stay informed about the latest gaming trends and updates relevant to our offerings
Requirements:
• Fluency in Irish and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in player support or customer-facing roles is an advantage
• A strong passion for gaming and understanding of gaming culture
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
• Familiarity with customer support software and gaming platforms is a bonus
