Leads the analysis and application of engineering patterns and methodologies used.
Designs technical specifications and authors tech. design documents.
Designs and develops user interfaces, application programs using the technical specifications and design documents
Possesses and applies a broad range of expertise of principles, practices and procedures of particular function to the completion of complex assignments
Improves the reliability and utilization of systems and applications
At the highest levels in this role facilitates guidance and training to less experienced team members.
Monitors software configuration changes to anticipate and address the impact of data reliability and customer satisfaction issues.
May coordinate sustaining support for 1-2 application platforms or business processes.

Desired Skill Sets:

Rich experience of min 1 years
Good written and verbal communication is (a) must
Good sense in terms of responsibility and ability to meet the deadlines
Strong technical architecture and application design fundamentals at least one out of the following:
Native iOS app development
Experience of proposing technical solutions and estimation of project size.
Experience of carrying out technical reviews and follow up on correction plan.
Able to remain up to date on latest software development and engineering ideas.
Ability to lead from the front, including coding and troubleshooting as needed.
