At Q-tech, we’re partnering with a fast-growing international tech company that is building a world-class dual-native mobile experience for its B2B CRM platform.

Their iOS app is used daily by professionals managing high-value relationships and deals. They are now looking for a Senior iOS Engineer with strong ownership and architectural mindset to lead and evolve their SwiftUI-based mobile application.

What you’ll do

Own and drive the iOS codebase and architecture.
Build new features with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and code quality.
Contribute to a shared Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) module for business logic and networking.
Ensure high performance (60fps scrolling, memory efficiency, solid testing practices).
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams.
Gradually contribute to Android (Jetpack Compose) as part of a dual-native strategy.

Tech stack

SwiftUI, Swift 6, UIKit (bridges), Kotlin Multiplatform, Jetpack Compose, Fastlane, CI/CD, Ruby on Rails, AWS.

What’s offered

Permanent contract.
Salary range: €50,000 – €70,000 depending on experience.
Hybrid model: 2 days per week in the office.
Small, high-impact team with real ownership.

Requisitos básicos

5+ years of iOS development experience.
Deep expertise in SwiftUI and modern Swift (async/await, structured concurrency).
Strong architectural skills (MVVM, dependency injection, clean code).
Experience shipping high-quality apps to the App Store.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, testing, and systematic debugging.
High ownership mindset and product-oriented thinking.
Interest in growing into a T-shaped mobile engineer (iOS + Android).
