Hands on iOS development Experience to include iPhone and iPad development
Fluent understanding of object-oriented programming techniques and Design patterns
In-depth Experience with Client-side technologies, including HTML5, AJAX, JQuery Mobile, Javascript and HTML5, CSS3
Strong familiarity with interactive application development paradigms, ARC, file I/O, network & socket programming, concurrence and multi-threading
Expertise in Objective-C programming, latest Xcode and iOS SDK
Ability to convert functional requirements into technical specifications, and configure, tailor and or customize the solutions including building interfaces
Extremely skilled in iOS back end applications development
Functional knowledge of performance optimization techniques such as web caching or caching on local devices
Java Experience with server-side J2SE, Servlets and JSON preferred
Knowledge of Source Control systems (such as SVN or BuildForge)
Knowledge of processes such as Agile and Test-driven development and ability to keep up with rapid changes in a dynamic environment
Cross-platform development experience with one or more of Titanium, PhoneGap or Google Web Toolkit is a plus
- Excellent Coding as well as communicating skills
- Bachelor's degree in CS and at least 6 - 8 years of experience in the field
- Good grasp of industry best practices
• Individuals will be working in an office environment supporting a team of other supply management specialists.
• The team will be working on product development.
• These individuals will be performing quotes, analysis on quotes and providing this information to buyers.
• Schedule will be an 8-hour day that falls during the hours of 7am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
• Position is currently approved for one year, but will be reviewed on an annual basis.
• Some travel will be required – will be doing day trips to visit suppliers.
• This position has the potential to grow into a Buyer role.
