iOS Developer (Mid/Senior)

And we need your help to keep moving forward. What You’ll Do Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn product ideas into user-focused, well-implemented features. Write clean, testable, and maintainable code that enables scalability, fast iteration, and experimentation. Contribute to technical decisions and architecture, helping improve team processes, tools, and development practices. Deliver features and experiments efficiently, and iterate based on feedback and data. Understand user needs and product goals, take part in prototyping and usability testing, and use design systems effectively. Own iOS features or areas, communicate technical trade-offs clearly, and suggest improvements to the product. Use Kotlin Multiplatform to build and maintain shared business logic and UI where appropriate. What We Expect From You Strong experience in native iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI. Experience building, shipping, and maintaining production iOS apps, including at least one published application. Good understanding of iOS architecture and best practices, with the ability to independently implement features. Experience with automated testing and code quality practices, such as unit/UI tests, code reviews, and performance optimization. Basic understanding of experimentation and A/B testing, including metrics and result evaluation (hands-on experience is a plus). Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, with strong communication skills and openness to feedback. Professional proficiency in English; fluency in Lithuanian is required. Familiarity with Android (Kotlin), backend technologies (e.g. Nest.js), or open-source contributions is a plus.
