IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) Therapist

TROY LOCATION: River’s Bend PC provides outpatient therapy with integrity and excellent client care. We are a growing Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Use therapy practice which provides the most innovative, evidence-based outpatient behavioral healthcare to all our clients and their families. Our clinical team provides professional, comprehensive, state-of-the-art mental health and chemical dependency treatment in a respectful and dignified manner. River’s Bend is seeking a Mental Health and/or Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Therapist to join our team of innovative professional therapists located in both Troy and West Bloomfield, Michigan. New and experienced Master’s level therapists are encouraged to apply and join our growing team. In this collaborative environment, we are seeking a therapist to conduct assessments and lead Intensive Outpatient groups for both mental health and addiction client presentations. Administrative support and mentoring are available, along with any necessary supervision for licensure. We have been awarded Blue Distinction with Blue Cross Blue Shield and maintain behavioral health Joint Commission accreditation. We have an integrated electronic health record system that supports all of our clinical services and offer a hybrid model for outpatient therapy.

Required Qualifications:

Master's or PhD

Independent License: LMSW, LP, LLP, LPC, LMFT, LLMSW, LLPC.

Ideal Candidate:

Initiative to participate in ongoing opportunities for growth and advancement in professional education/endeavors

Willingness to actively seek out and maintain referral relationships

Must possess ability to utilize electronic health record system, Zoom and Microsoft Office

Flexibility to work some evenings

Preferred but not required:

3-5 years post graduate experience and/or Addiction/substance use disorder experience

Salary:  $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
