About the role
We are looking for an IOCC Duty Manager who will act as the central decision-maker, coordinating Dispatch, Client Services, Crew Planning, and Maintenance Operations Control to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of all flights. In this role, you will oversee operational coordination across teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely decision-making. With strong interpersonal skills, you will support and guide teams towards common operational objectives.

Job description
One focal point of contact for all operational aspects over a 24-hour period.
Identifies, coordinates and manages any flight disruptions in a proactive manner
Is proactive on daily threats and operational matters, anticipates any possible irregularities: Weather, strikes, special events.
Ensure customers remains the top priority whilst considering any operational restrictions.
Coordinate, conduct and lead regular operational meetings with all teams involved in the open space.
Provide strong leadership and working closely with all operational teams to ensure that the fleet is always optimized and operating in the most efficient manner.
Keep all managers informed of any issues that arise during shift.
Work on transversal projects which include all departments.
Implementation of a daily reporting and flight briefing system involving all teams.
Provider input for operational meetings and providing feedback and corrective action plans following disruptions.
The primary contact for pilots when there is an operational disruption involving various teams within the IOCC.
Profile
5 years of experience working within an operations environment.
High Energy, driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident problem-solver, solution driven.
Fluent in English and French.
Ability to work in shifts and on weekends.
Leadership and organizational skills that are strong, versatile, and able to resolve conflicts.
